Returns & Refunds

Thank you for shopping with us at Wing & Weft Gloves, where we strive to provide the highest quality gloves and customer service. We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase, but in the event that you are not, we have a Returns and Refunds Policy in place.


We accept returns for exchange or store credit only within one (1) week from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the gloves must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and in their original packaging.

To initiate a return, please send an email to team@wingweftgloves.com including your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the gloves.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the gloves.

Exchanges/Store Credit:

If you would like to exchange your gloves for a different size or style, or receive store credit, please follow the same process as for returns. Once we receive and inspect the gloves, we will issue store credit or send out the exchange.


Please note that we do not offer refunds for any reason. All sales are final.

Damaged or Defective Products:

If you receive gloves that are damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team immediately at team@wingweftgloves.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either through an exchange or store credit.

Please note that negligence, misuse, or normal wear and tear is not considered a defect.
